About the Role

Kingswood U.S. is a leading financial services firm dedicated to providing best-in-class solutions to help financial advisors achieve their & their clients' goals. As we expand our network of independent Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), we are seeking a dynamic recruiter to drive talent acquisition and growth.

We are looking for a motivated Financial Advisor Recruiter to source, attract, and onboard top-tier independent RIAs. The recruiter will be responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies to bring experienced advisors and high-potential talent into the firm. This role requires strong networking skills, industry knowledge, and a passion for building relationships with financial professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will have the ability to:

  • Develop and execute a strategic recruitment plan to expand our financial advisor team.
  • Identify, engage, and attract experienced financial advisors through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with firm values.
  • Partner with leadership to define recruitment goals and hiring targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with potential firms, ensuring a robust pipeline.
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new advisros
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within financial services, wealth management, or related industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, human resources, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably within financial services or wealth management.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting financial advisors or professionals in sales-driven roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of the independent RIA business model, industry trends, licensing requirements (e.g. Series 7, 65, 66), and regulatory landscape
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
