Gregory J. Richards is an Investment Advisor Representative and a Registered Representative with Kingswood U.S. He currently maintains six licenses focusing on his fiduciary responsibilities for his clients.

Greg’s 40 years of experience has earned him the trust and respect as an investment professional. Greg’s knowledge expands to diversifying portfolios by utilizing Deferred Sales Trusts™, Separately Managed Accounts (SMA’s) alternative investment sectors, such as oil and gas, non-traded Real-Estate Investment Trusts (REIT’S), Business Development Companies (BDC’s), Private Placements, Delaware Statutory Trusts and Opportunity Zones.

Greg became a member with the Estate Planning Team in 2016. Greg has successfully assisted clients who have exited from Businesses / Real Estate by deferring their capital gains until a later date and creating an income based on their personal suitability.

Greg was born in Appleton, Wisconsin and attended college at the University Wisconsin Eau Claire. In 1984, finding his passion in the investment field, he obtained his Securities/Insurance licenses and has been servicing clients in Arizona as well as throughout the United States.

In addition to his career, Greg and his wife Chery have four beautiful daughters and 13 grandchildren. In their spare time they enjoy family and friend gatherings, traveling, motor sports, and sporting events. Greg currently offices in Scottsdale, AZ.
