Ariel Imas has over 20 years of corporate finance and investment banking experience focused on the small cap and middle market. Throughout his career, he has successfully completed more than 250 transactions with institutional and high net worth investors via PIPEs, follow-ons, registered directs, CMPOs, IPOs, SPACs and M&A. Mr. Imas has provided capital markets advisory services focusing on aftermarket support and shareholder messaging for dozens of public companies during his tenure with a financial services firm he co-founded, Sabr Capital Management. Additionally, Mr. Imas has paved the way for several successful entrepreneurial ventures in the healthcare and technology sectors. Notably, he co-founded The Glimpse Group and took the company public in July 2021 under the ticker NASDAQ. With his experience in growing companies, Mr. Imas takes pride in working closely with company management while building shareholder value and maximizing capital efficiency.
