James Grebenc has over 25 years of experience in institutional sales and capital markets, servicing companies ranging from emerging growth to the mega-caps, specializing in life sciences, healthcare, technology, media, energy, metals and mining. Previously, Mr. Grebenc was with Maxim Group LLC and has held senior positions with the Benchmark Company, JMP Securities, WR Hambrecht, Lehman Brothers and Robertson Stephens. Mr. Grebenc currently holds the Series 37, 52 and 63 registrations and holds an MBA from the University of Toronto.  He also holds the CFA designation.
