Jeremy Wilder is Chief Legal Officer for Kingswood U.S and Kingswood Capital Partners and is also a Registered Principal of Kingswood Capital Partners. Prior to assuming the role as Chief Legal Officer and Registered Principal in 2019, Jeremy enjoyed a successful career at AR Capital, the predecessor to AR Global Investments which specialized in non-traded real estate investment trusts. From 2012 through 2017, Jeremy worked as General Counsel at AR Global Investments. From 2017 through 2019, he also worked as General Counsel for Hospitality Investors Trust, Inc., which focused on maintaining a diversified portfolio of strategically located hotel properties throughout the United States within the select service market of the hospitality sector. Prior to AR Capital, Jeremy worked as a para legal for Mishcon De Reya in the United Kingdom.

Jeremy has over eleven years of legal experience in real estate, investment banking ,capital markets and the broker dealer/RIA industry with significant focus in the hospitality sector, broker dealer/ RIA sector and triple-net lease sector. Also focusing on SEC regulatory and FINRA regulatory filings, contract review and lease review.  

Jeremy graduated from Nottingham University, UK, with a degree in Politics. He graduated from BPP University Law School, UK, obtaining a GDL, LLB and LPC. Jeremy also received a diploma from New York University in Real Estate Finance and Investment.

Jeremy currently holds FINRA licenses SIE, 7, 24 and 63.
