His transaction expertise spans from small-cap IPOs to multi-billion dollar follow-on offerings, and includes convertible securities, Rule 144A offerings, private placements, and registered direct offerings.

Before joining Kingswood, Rudy held positions at SMBC Nikko Securities, Nomura Securities, Needham & Company, Bear Stearns & Co., and Prudential Securities.
