Ed Tsuker has over 30 years of experience in Capital Markets, Investment Banking and Corporate Finance, servicing emerging growth, small cap and middle market companies, specializing in life sciences, healthcare, technology, energy, metals and mining. Previously, Mr. Tsuker was a Co-Founder of EF Hutton as well as held senior management positions with Aegis Capital, Knight Capital Markets, Maxim Group, as well as Rodman & Renshaw and Ladenburg Thalmann & Co.. He has been responsible for structuring, closing, and participating in over 500 equity and equity linked offerings as well as responsible for raising more than ~$15 billion for emerging growth companies. Mr. Tsuker currently holds the Series 7, 55, 57, 63, and 79 registrations.
Ariel Imas has over 20 years of corporate finance and investment banking experience focused on the small cap and middle market. Throughout his career, he has successfully completed more than 250 transactions with institutional and high net worth investors via PIPEs, follow-ons, registered directs, CMPOs, IPOs, SPACs and M&A. Mr. Imas has provided capital markets advisory services focusing on aftermarket support and shareholder messaging for dozens of public companies during his tenure with a financial services firm he co-founded, SABR Capital Management. Additionally, Mr. Imas has paved the way for several successful entrepreneurial ventures in the healthcare and technology sectors. Notably, he co-founded The Glimpse Group and took the company public in July 2021 under the ticker Nasdaq:VRAR. With his experience in growing companies, Mr. Imas takes pride in working closely with company management while building shareholder value and maximizing capital efficiency. Mr. Imas currently holds the Series 7, 24, 63, and 79 registrations.
Kevin Ernst brings over 34 years of experience in senior positions at industry-leading organizations such as Merrill Lynch, UBS, NYSE and AMEX. Currently, he serves as the Chief Investment Officer for a Canadian Family Office in Toronto, actively investing in technology, mining, life sciences, and real estate. With extensive expertise in cross-listings, IPOs, and SPAC transactions, Mr. Ernst was directly involved in over 225 deals during his tenure with NYSE and AMEX, specializing in mining, healthcare, technology, and agricultural sectors. Kevin served as Senior Vice President within Merrill Lynch's Family Office Division for 12 years. Mr. Ernst was also a Managing Partner at a Hong Kong merchant bank, raising capital for US and Canadian issuers in Asia. He holds a Bachelor's and MBA in Finance from Rutgers University, along with a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation from The Wharton School. Mr. Ernst holds Series 7, 63, 66, and 79 licenses.
Craig Kaufman has been an investment banker and capital markets expert for global emerging growth companies for over 25 years. While he has worked across many verticals, his core expertise is in the technology, media and communications sectors. Mr. Kaufman has a unique perspective when working with management teams and their boards, having been both a venture capitalist and an entrepreneur in the financial services and the technology sectors. In 1994 he founded and was the CEO of Kaufman Bros., a leading TMT focused investment bank, institutional research, and trading broker/dealer. Kaufman Bros. participated in over $50 billion of equity and debt financings over its 17-year history. Mr. Kaufman was also a Founding Partner of the Entrepia Venture Funds with total assets under management of $140 million over 4 funds. He graduated from Emory University with a bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science and received his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business. Mr. Kaufman holds the Series 7, 24, 63, 65, and 79 registrations.
John Reed is a highly accomplished Equity Capital Markets professional with over 20 years of experience. He previously served as a Managing Director at RBC Capital Markets. Prior to RBC Capital Markets, Mr. Reed was a Managing Director in the Equity Capital Markets division at Deutsche Bank. Mr. Reed also worked in the Equity Capital Markets team at Wedbush Securities prior to Deutsche Bank. Mr. Reed holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from Manhattan College. Mr. Reed holds Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses.
Braden Ferrari has over 20 years of corporate finance and investment banking experience, advising C-Level executives and the Boards of Directors at public companies. He has completed more than 250 transactions including public offerings, debt and equity private placements and Mergers & Acquisitions. In addition, he has executed dozens of strategic advisory engagements. Mr. Ferrari proudly serves on the board of directors for Cents Ability, Inc., a 501C-3 non-profit based in NYC. He received a BA in Economics from Wheaton College in Norton, MA. Mr. Ferrari was awarded Wheaton College’s Young Alumni Achievement Award in 2006. Mr. Ferrari currently holds the Series 7, 24, 63, and 79 registrations.
