Jaime Golden

Jaime Golden is President of Acquisitions and Recruitment at the Kingswood U.S. and also director of Business Development at Benchmark Investments, Inc. He has been working in the Financial Services Industry for over 20 years. Prior to assuming the role as President of Acquisitions at the Kingswood Group, Jaime has enjoyed a successful career as an advisor for several independent broker dealers and RIAs.

Jaime has over 20 years of experience as an investor in commercial and residential real estate projects across the U.S., in addition to having successful investments in software and marketing and sales companies.

Jaime graduated from Hunter University in New York City with a degree in Communications. He currently holds FINRA licenses 7 and 63.

Ryan Sabet

Director, Acquisitions, Recruiting and Strategic Initiatives

Ryan Sabet is the Director of Acquisitions, Recruitment and Strategic Initiatives. His deep experience managing commercial real estate portfolios has been invaluable to his ability to develop and negotiate key strategic partnerships and other deals to drive growth at Kingswood U.S.

Ryan graduated from the Hofstra University with a bachelor’s degree in finance and holds a certificate in construction and property management from New York University.

Rifton Westby

Rifton Westby is the Head of Recruitment at Kingswood US. He has worked at Kingswood since February of 2020 and works out of our New York, NY office. Before this, Rif worked as a consultant to staff projects at global financial institutions.

Rif graduated from the Ithaca College School of Business in 2018 with B.S. Degree. He also was a member of the football team at Ithaca College.
