Brian Herman has over 30 years of financial service experience, Mr. Herman was the Managing Director of Investment Banking at ViewTrade Securities for over 22 years. During his tenure at ViewTrade Securities he was responsible for countless securities transactions including Sole Book Runner, Joint Book Runner, Co-Underwriter, and Syndicate transactions. His expertise is also leading, advising, and structuring, private and public financings with both high net worth and institutional clients. Early in Mr. Herman’s career he led efforts as a National Sales Manager and ran a private client base of high-net-worth clients. Throughout his career Mr. Herman has serviced and assisted institutional accounts with investment banking and trading. Brian Herman holds  FINRA Licenses Series 7, 24 , 63, 79, and 99.

Lisa Ciervo has over 27 years of financial service experience. Specific experience includes investment banking administration, due diligence, syndicate, and trading & branch operations. Ms. Ciervo graduated from St. Thomas University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice. Ms. Ciervo holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 55, 57, 62, 79, and 99 licenses.
